Visual Thinking – Solving problems using pictures.
You already know what you do. Do your customers clearly understand what you do? Do you have a complex product or service that needs communicated in a simple and clear way so that your customer clearly understands your offering? Over the past 5 years we have come across many companies who are busy selling / communicationg their product to themselves and to their industry peers. Keep it simple and communicate it clearly to your customers. Visual thinking is a design process which breaks down complicated processes, products and services and builds clear solutions which can be understood by everyone.
As Visual thinkers we keep abreast of developments in Art, Architecture, Design, Science, Technology, Internet, Business, Design Interaction, mind mapping, social networking. Over the past few years we have seen books like “The Long Tail”, “Wikinomics”, “Freakanomics” and “The world is flat” which document the changing landscape of business & peoples behaviours. Using visual thinking we can analyse your business and see what parts of it you can improve, innovate and communicate better. We look at your processes, your market, your products and services, your branding, communications etc. We put ourselves in your customers shoes and see if your getting your message across clearly. Visually we can simplify the complex process and products to communicate them more clearly to potential customers.

AIB 3D Animated Presentation
Working with AIB we had visual thinking sessions to help illustrate a very complex banking process to technologically literate audience. From the visual thinking we developed story boards for the final 3D animated presentation for delivery via digital playback and distribution on DVD after the conference.
We created a virtual mega structure to illustrate that even the most complex processes could have a simple structure. On this virtual structure we developed 3D animated icons to illustrate various elements in the banking process which could be strengthed using state of the art processes.

Business Design / Think Tanks
Nokia started out making Wellington boots, they still do. Companies must innovate. Whats your companies reason for being, what great work are you going to achieve over the next few years. If you already know the answers to this then great. Please leave this website and get on with it. Otherwise give us a call and begin to innovate from within. If this sounds a bit tree huggy and new agey for you – fear not. We have think thank / brain storming sessions with the key stakeholders in your company out of the office for half a day. Some of the best answers are right underneath your nose and it takes think tank sessions to thrash them out. The ideas are generated by your team in a safe non judgemental environment. At these open sessions we encourage everyone involved to bash around many ideas. We sketch them down quickly and gather them into logical groups and get the stakeholders to vote for their favourite with the top 3 being selected for further work. What amazes us is the amount of ideas which ly idle within a company which could lead to money saving or income generating products. The top 3 ideas are developed, implemented and reviewed over a 6 month period. The new ideas generated by your team will be executed with an enthusiasm and determination, why?, because the ideas belong to the team and they make it happen.
